Return & Refund Policy
We advise our customers to carefully read the return and refund policies. I accept returns for defective products only. If you encounter any problems, we encourage you to send support requests via email, avoiding unnecessary disputes and complaints.
ORDER ADJUSTMENT/CANCELLATION
After finalizing the checkout of an order, you may adjust its information by contacting us via support@luxkingstore.com within 24 hours. If you do not make any changes to your order within 24 hours, the order will be sent to production, and you will no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
- The design of personalized items cannot be adjusted after the order is finalized.
- The item quantity in a discounted order and the product type cannot be changed. If you need changes, please contact us to cancel the order and place a new one.
REFUND POLICY
All our artworks, made and supervised by a professional design team, are tailored to our customers’ tastes.
Customers can contact their carrier (i.e., USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx) for exact delivery details, including GPS location.
If your product is defective or not as described, contact us at support@luxkingstore.com, and we will make it right by offering a replacement or refund.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect shipping addresses or customer unavailability.
- Lost products due to insecure delivery locations (as confirmed by carriers).
- Orders refused by customers upon delivery.
- Dissatisfaction related to product sizing or colors (ensure to check sizing charts before ordering).
FULL REFUND CONDITIONS
Due to hygiene reasons and the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item has a major problem.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Meaning that the watch should not have been worn, plastic protectors and wrapping still attached, no scratches, no links should be removed, leather band must not be cut and no parts must be replaced. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- * Watch with obvious signs of use
- * Watch box has been opened.
- * Plastic protective cover has been removed.
Your order is eligible for a full refund if:
- The order does not arrive within 20 business days of placement (claims must be filed within 30 business days).
- Within 14 days of receiving the item, you report one of the following issues:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Item damaged during transit (torn, stretched, etc.).
- Incorrect size or color compared to the order description.
- Other production-related errors.
To request a refund, email us at support@luxkingstore.com with clear proof, including:
- Photos of the defective product.
- Photos of the size tag and full item when measured with a ruler (if the size is incorrect).
- Photos of the original shipping label.
If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
RETURN POLICY
There is no need to return your item under any circumstances. Items purchased from LUXKINGSTORE are custom-made specifically for you. Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective.
- If you return an item without our request, we are not responsible for any loss or additional costs.
- If you have an issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@luxkingstore.com to request a replacement or refund.
- If the issue is major, we may choose to replace the item or issue a refund.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale or promotional items.
- You are responsible for paying shipping costs for any returns.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR RETURN

- Order information.
- A description of the problem.
- The shipping label.
- Photos of defective products.
TIME AND METHOD OF REFUND:
After we have reviewed and accepted your refund request, we will proceed to refund the value of your order, after a period of about 7-10 business days you will receive your refund. The method of receiving your refund will match the method you paid for your order at LUXKINGSTORE.
Return(if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@luxkingstore.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
DISCLAIMERS
- You must provide all information and/or documentation in connection with your order(s) placed in our store upon request. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your customer account if you fail to provide the information and/or documentation requested or if you provide inaccurate or fraudulent information.
- We shall not be responsible for any damage, claims, liabilities, costs, harms, inconveniences, business disruptions, or expenditures of any kind that may arise as a result of or in connection with any used or stored products purchased from our store.
- When you submit a purchase, the risk of order loss is transferred from our store to you/your party once your order is delivered to the carrier. You will bear all related liabilities and risks during the third-party transportation of your order.
- We shall not take any liabilities for any loss or shipment delivery failure due to: recipient’s unavailability, incorrect or insufficient addresses, or package refusal Therefore, kindly ensure your information is correct before checking out.
