Shipping Policy

At LUXKINGSTORE, we process all orders on demand. Please note that it takes 1-3 business days to prepare your order before shipping. The estimated delivery time will include both processing and shipping times.

Estimated Shipping Times

For United States:

  • Handling time: 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday)
  • Transit time: 7-14 business days (Monday – Friday)
  • Order cut off time: 2pm (GMT -7:00)
  • Estimated delivery time: 8-17 business days

For International:

  • Handling time: 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday)
  • Transit time: 10-30 business days (Monday – Friday)
  • Order cut off time: 2pm (GMT -7:00)
  • Estimated delivery time: 11-33 business days

Note: Shipping times vary depending on your location. If you order multiple product types, your items may arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping Cost

  • In US shipping cost: $5.00 for the first item + $2.00 per each additional items.
  • International shipping cost: $12.00 for the first item + $2.00 per each additional items.

Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees

  • Local Sales tax is included in prodcut price.
  • International shipments are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning LUXKINGSTORE does not collect duties, or customs fees.
  • Any additional import taxes or fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Where Our Items Are Made

Most of our products are manufactured in the USA. However, due to increased demand and global supply chain challenges, some orders may be fulfilled from other locations outside the USA.

Delivery to PO Boxes & Military Addresses

  • We can ship to PO Boxes.
  • We cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Incorrect Addresses & Lost Orders

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@luxkingstore.com within 12 hours after placing your order.

  • If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the address.
  • If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, it will likely be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Order Delays & Non-Delivery Claims

  • If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us at support@luxkingstore.com for assistance.
  • Claims on late deliveries must be filed within 60 business days of order placement.
